    As a seasoned police officer, Richard Praschnik is committed to improving public safety, reducing crime, and fostering a sense of security within our neighborhoods, making Miami-Dade a safer place for all residents.

    With his role on the Zoning Appeals Board, Richard is committed to responsible zoning, balancing development and preservation to ensure beneficial growth while safeguarding our neighborhoods’ character.

    LOWERING THE COST OF LIVING

    In my experience as a Chief Operating Officer for a Florida corporation specializing in real estate and rental properties, I am committed to lowering tolls fees, reducing gas taxes for residents, lowering property taxes, and ensuring residents can acquire job opportunities within Miami-Dade County.
